KoreaFest는 한국의 축제, 엑스포, 공연에 대한 큐레이션 정보와 함께, 상세 정보 열람, 커뮤니티 이용, 여행 계획 도구 등의 유료 멤버십 기능을 제공합니다. KoreaFest는 정보·커뮤니티 서비스이며, 공식 티켓 판매 플랫폼, 정부 기관, 행사 주최 측이 아닙니다.
본 서비스는 만 18세 이상의 성인만 가입 및 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 회원가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며 본인의 계정 정보 보안 유지 및 모든 계정 활동에 대한 책임을 지며 본인의 개인정보 관리에 주의해야 합니다.
유료 멤버십(Basic, Pro, Max)은 PayPal을 통해 정해진 기간에 대해 선결제됩니다. 결제 화면에 별도 명시되지 않는 한 구독은 자동 갱신되지 않으며, 만료 후 계속 이용을 원할 경우 이용자가 직접 갱신해야 합니다. 디지털 바우처 특성상 결제 후 7일 이내에 유료 전용 혜택(상세 장소/날씨 열람, 라운지/커뮤니티 글작성 등)을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우에 한하여 전액 환불(청약철회)이 가능합니다. 위 환불 조건과 무관하게, 관련 법령이 보장하는 청약철회 및 환불에 관한 이용자의 권리는 그대로 인정됩니다. 환불을 원하시는 경우 계정을 삭제하기 전에 koreafest365@gmail.com 으로 문의해 주세요 — 계정을 삭제하면 결제 이력도 함께 사라져 환불 처리가 어려워집니다.
커뮤니티 이용 시 이용자는 불법적, 모욕적, 허위이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 글을 쓰지 않을 것에 동의합니다. KoreaFest는 정보 공유 플랫폼일 뿐, 플랫폼을 통해 주선되거나 연동된 사용자 간의 사적인 오프라인 만남 과정에서 발생한 어떠한 사고, 신체적 부상, 사기, 분쟁에 대해서도 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 모든 오프라인 활동은 전적으로 이용자 본인의 책임하에 진행됩니다.
행사 일정, 가격, 세부 정보는 공공 데이터를 기반으로 하며 사전 통보 없이 변경될 수 있습니다. KoreaFest는 앱에서 제공된 정보에 대한 신뢰로 인해 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다 — 티켓 구매나 여행 전에는 반드시 공식 주최 측을 통해 세부 사항을 확인해 주세요.
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, KoreaFest와 운영팀은 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 이용약관은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항 적용 이후에도 KoreaFest를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Welcome to KoreaFest. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
KoreaFest provides curated information about festivals, expos, and performances in Korea, along with optional paid membership features such as extended event details, community access, and travel planning tools. KoreaFest is an information and community service — not an official ticketing platform, government body, or event organizer.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Paid membership plans (Basic, Pro, Max) are billed in advance for a fixed period through PayPal. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout; you are responsible for renewing your plan if you wish to continue access after it expires. Digital voucher purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if no premium features or content (such as viewing festival locations or posting in lounges/community) have been accessed or used. Regardless of the refund conditions above, your statutory rights to withdraw from the contract and to obtain a refund under applicable law remain fully intact. If you would like a refund, please contact koreafest365@gmail.com before deleting your account — deleting it also removes your payment history, which makes a refund difficult to process.
If you participate in the KoreaFest community, you agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, misleading, or that infringes on others' rights. KoreaFest is an online information platform and is not responsible or liable for any interactions, disputes, injuries, or damages arising from offline meetups or coordination arranged through our platform. All offline meetups are conducted solely at your own risk.
Event dates, prices, and details are sourced from public data and may change without notice. KoreaFest is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on information provided in the app — always verify details with the official event organizer before purchasing tickets or traveling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoreaFest and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of KoreaFest after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
