방법 1. 앱/웹에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

  1. KoreaFest에 로그인합니다.
  2. 상단 메뉴에서 My Vibe(프로필) 로 이동합니다.
  3. 프로필 화면 우측 하단의 "계정 삭제" 링크를 누릅니다.
  4. 안내에 따라 DELETE 를 입력하고 삭제를 확인합니다.

삭제 즉시 계정 정보와 프로필은 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 작성하신 게시글·댓글은 다른 이용자와의 대화 맥락을 보존하기 위해 완전히 지워지지 않고 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 표시된 채 남습니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

방법 2. 앱 설치·로그인 없이 삭제 요청

기기에 앱이 없거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소를 함께 알려주시면 빠르게 처리해 드립니다.

계정은 유지하고 일부 데이터만 삭제

계정 전체를 삭제하지 않고, 특정 데이터만 지울 수도 있습니다. KoreaFest에 로그인한 뒤 아래 방법을 이용해 주세요.

  1. 내가 쓴 게시글·댓글 — 해당 글 또는 댓글의 삭제 버튼을 누르면 됩니다. 커뮤니티와 축제 토론방 모두 동일하며, 다른 사람의 글은 삭제할 수 없습니다.
  2. 프로필 사진 — My Vibe(프로필) → 프로필 수정에서 「사진 제거」를 누르면 기본 아이콘으로 돌아갑니다. 다른 사진으로 교체할 수도 있습니다.
  3. 표시 이름·지역 — 같은 화면에서 언제든지 수정할 수 있습니다.
  4. 그 밖의 데이터 — 아래 이메일로 삭제를 원하는 항목을 알려주시면 처리해 드립니다. 본인 확인을 위해 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소에서 보내주세요.

이 방법으로 삭제한 게시글·댓글은 즉시 영구 삭제되며 추가 보관 기간이 없습니다. 계정과 나머지 데이터(이메일, 멤버십 등)는 그대로 유지되어 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.

Delete Account

Option 1. Delete directly in the app/web (recommended)

  1. Sign in to KoreaFest.
  2. Go to My Vibe (Profile) from the top menu.
  3. Tap the "Delete Account" link at the bottom right of your profile.
  4. Type DELETE as prompted and confirm.

Your account and profile are permanently deleted immediately. Posts and comments you authored are not fully erased — to preserve conversation context for other users, they remain but are shown as "Deleted User." This action cannot be undone.

Option 2. Request deletion without installing or signing in

If you don't have the app installed or can't sign in, email us below. Please include the email address you registered with so we can verify and process your request quickly.

Delete only some of your data (keep your account)

You can remove specific data without deleting your whole account. Sign in to KoreaFest and use any of the following.

  1. Your own posts and comments — press the Delete button on that post or comment. This works the same in both the community feed and festival discussion lounges. You cannot delete other people's content.
  2. Profile photo — go to My Vibe (Profile) → Edit Profile and press "Remove photo" to return to the default icon. You can also replace it with a different image.
  3. Display name and location — editable at any time on the same screen.
  4. Anything else — email us with the specific data you want removed and we will handle it. Please send it from the email address you registered with so we can verify your identity.

Posts and comments removed this way are permanently deleted immediately, with no additional retention period. Your account and remaining data (email, membership, and so on) stay intact and you can keep using the service.
