KoreaFest는 글로벌 서비스로, 이용자의 데이터는 대한민국(서울) 리전에 저장됩니다. 대한민국 외 지역에 계신 이용자께서는 데이터가 대한민국에 보관된다는 점을 참고해 주세요.
대한민국 이용자의 경우, 위 표의 미국 처리 항목은 개인정보의 국외 이전에 해당합니다. 이전은 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위 내에서만 이루어지며, 회원가입 시 본 방침에 동의하시면 해당 국외 이전에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 프로필 설정에서 정보를 열람·수정할 수 있습니다. 계정 및 관련 데이터의 완전한 삭제를 원하시면 앱의 프로필 → 계정 삭제 메뉴에서 직접 삭제하거나, 앱 설치 없이도 이 페이지를 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 데이터는 서비스 제공 또는 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
삭제는 즉시 처리되며 유예 기간이 없습니다. 계정·프로필·로그인 정보는 곧바로 영구 삭제되어 복구할 수 없습니다. 작성하신 게시글과 댓글은 다른 이용자와의 대화 맥락을 보존하기 위해 탈퇴한 사용자로 익명 처리되어 남습니다.
유료 이용 중 탈퇴하시는 경우, 남은 이용 기간은 환불 없이 소멸되며 재가입하셔도 복구되지 않습니다. 환불 조건은 이용약관의 ‘구독 및 결제’ 항목을 따릅니다.
KoreaFest는 세션 유지와 언어·즐겨찾기 등 환경설정 기억을 위해 브라우저 로컬 스토리지를 사용합니다. 제3자 광고 추적 목적으로는 사용되지 않습니다.
본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있으며, 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Account information is used to provide subscription features, personalize festival recommendations, and communicate service updates. Analytics data is used only in aggregated, non-identifying form to improve the app.

KoreaFest is a global service and your data is stored in the Seoul, South Korea region. If you are located outside South Korea, please note that your data is stored in South Korea.
By creating an account you consent to the transfers listed above, which take place only as necessary to provide the service. If you are a South Korean resident, the United States entries above constitute an overseas transfer of personal information under Korean law.
You may review or update your information at any time from your in-app profile settings. To fully delete your account and associated data, use Profile → Delete Account in the app, or request deletion without installing the app via this page. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
Deletion takes effect immediately, with no grace period. Your account, profile, and login credentials are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Posts and comments you wrote remain, attributed to Deleted User, so that conversations with other travelers stay readable.
If you delete your account while on a paid plan, the remaining time is forfeited with no refund and is not restored if you sign up again. Refund conditions are set out under ‘Subscriptions & Payments’ in the Terms of Service.
KoreaFest uses browser local storage to remember your session and preferences such as language and saved festivals. This is not used for third-party advertising tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of KoreaFest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
